• Run the numbers with that rate , if it cash flows then good to goAs long as it cash flows, who cares about the rate. Then when it goes back down, refi and enjoy the pay raise.

• Stop crying about the rates and go find a deal. Deals are plenty

• I gave up and spend my days crying and eating ice cream
