Time Audit Challenge: Tracking Our Time to Maximize Productivity
Do you ever feel like you're constantly busy but not making real progress on your big goals? An easy time audit can unlock hidden time leaks.
I recently discovered a simple time audit technique using the iMood Journal app. By changing the settings to prompt me every 15 minutes to log what I'm working on from 5am to 9pm, I can track my time spent down to the minute. At the end of the week, I'll review the data to see where my time actually goes and make a plan to maximize my productivity.
Stay tuned for the results of my time audit experiment! I'll share the exact step-by-step process I used and how you can run your own audit to take control of your time. Be sure to share our newsletter by clicking below so you can add value to your friends and fam!
