Hey there!
Ready for a fun game? We're going on a treasure hunt for the hottest market for virtual wholesaling! We want to find the place with the most cash deals. Here's how we do it:
First, hop on over to listsource.com and hit "build a list".
Next, pick a state and submit it.
Then, click on "property", then "equity". Here's a secret: punch in 99-100% equity. These are our cash deals!
After that, select "last market sale date" and pick the last 6 months.
Now, pick "property type". Add in multifamily, duplex, triples, SFR, and apartment.
In "options", choose "no preference" to everything.
Ready for the next step? Click on "purchase property". Don't worry, we're not buying anything yet!
Now, click on "purchase partial list". Go to the custom section and filter by zip codes.
Guess what? Those are the zip codes with the most cash deals!
You can send this list to your email. Then, open it up in Excel or gsheets. Filter from highest to lowest. Now, pick a hot zip code. It's as easy as pie!
