Cold calling is not expensive, and it’s a great way to start. You talk to potential sellers. It's easy, and you can add helpers later on too!

What's Our Daily Quest?

- Make 600 to 1200 calls in 8 hours.

- Talk to 7-10% of the list.

- Find 2 to 4 warm leads.

- Dialers are our magic tool; they help us talk to more people!

Our Friendly Phone Chat:

You: "Hi [Their Name],

Them: "Yes, how can I help?"

You": “I'm [Your Name]. I have a question about [Address]. Are you the owner?"

Them: "Yes I am."

You: “ We are actually looking to buy a property in that area. Are you interested in getting an offer for that?”

If yes then, ask them about:

- Timing: Will they sell in 60-90 days?

- Price: What’s their asking price? Any price works!

- Motivation: Why sell? Any rush?

- Condition: What's the house like?

If they answer all these questions they become a warm lead, then ask: "Can I call you tomorrow at the same time to make an offer?"

Our Action Plan:

4. See who wants to sell.

5. Make offers.

6. Seal the deal.

7. Get paid.

8. Do it all over again!
