Where do I send the money?

Hi, my name is Julian Castle and I’m looking to help raise capital for a few multifamily or commercial real estate deals and then launch a fund. 

I started off my journey in real estate by attending a Grant Cardone seminar and then spending six months in a mastermind with Manny Khoshbin. 

With my extensive network and marketing expertise I am confident I can bring significant capital to the table. I run the largest private real estate group on Facebook with 177k members, the Real Estate Investors Newsletter with 44k subscribers, and host a podcast that features top players in the industry. 

I'm seeking a partner with a proven track record to partner with and help raise capital for their deals.
